2019
Category : PGI Paggaio terms
Varietal Composition : Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small participation of Agiorgitiko.
This is followed by classic red vinification µ in extraction that continues after the end of alcoholic fermentation. After the end of the malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in oak French barrels.
It has a deep purple color, up to black and red.
On the nose, the aromas of red fruits, gooseberries and spices stand out together with notes of vanilla, cedar and milk chocolate.
In the mouth, it is rich, exuberant, well-structured, in velvety tannins, which give it a long aftertaste and a great possibility of aging.
A wine that can be consumed today, but also in the future, aging for several years.
Try it at 18oC.
