Variety Composition : Syrah

It comes from the French variety Syrah, which is cultivated with special care in the coolest part of the vineyard of the Estate, exclusively for the production of rosé wine.

After a small extraction of the grapes at a low temperature, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18oC.

It has a bright pomegranate color and a rich aroma of red fruits, strawberries, cherries and blueberries.

It is rich, balanced with excellent structure and full of flavor. Its cool acidity combined with its fruity character, give it a long and fragrant aftertaste.

Try the cool at 10oC in the first two years of his life.
