Vineyards: Privately owned vineyards of the winery extend over 80 acres with an average altitude of 500 meters. They are located within the Daphne viticultural zone which belongs to the OPAP zone. (designation of origin of superior quality). The climate of the region is characterized by Mediterranean with mild winters and warm summers.
The soil is clayey with some limestone rocks. Special emphasis is given to the care of the vineyards, for this reason the agricultural work as well as the harvest, are done manually.
Cultivation-Winemaking: Organic cultivation follows which rejects the use of synthetic chemicals. For the last 4 years they have been dealing with biodynamic cultivation.
Tasting characteristics: Combination of Kotsifali - Liatiko varieties. Bright deep ruby color with violet highlights. Complex aromatic bouquet with notes of red fruit, vanilla and spices. Taste generously round and balanced.
Accompanies cold cuts, poultry, pasta, smoked cheeses and grilled meats. Serve at 16-18 ° C
