VARIETY: Maurkuntura

Origin of Grapes: Selected privately owned vineyard in Petri location in the village of Yaltra, Edipsos Evia.

Vinification: Classic red vinification, with fermentation at controlled temperatures.

Characteristics : Purple color. Gentle aromas of gooseberry, cherry and raspberry jam with light passages of spices make up the aromas of the "nose".

It is recommended with pasta with tomato sauce, braised meats, pizza, varieties of cured meats and poultry cooked with light red sauces. Enjoy it slightly chilled, at 15 oC.

Enjoy at 15°C.
