Grape varieties: Liatiko 100%

Vinification: Classic red vinification and malolactic fermentation in barrel for 4-6 months

Characteristics: Single varietal red wine with relatively low color intensity, leaning towards red, grenache. Its nose is intense with rich ripe red fruits and sweet spices. The mouth is full with high alcohol levels and low, very soft tannins.

It accompanies red meats and red game sauces and spicy cheeses.

Serve at 18oC
