Tasting characteristics : The grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Agiorgitiko that participate in the varied composition of the wine are vinified separately and the blend matures for at least one year in oak barrels of French origin. Produced with the classic red vinification. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in oak French barrels. The wine has a dark purple color. The complex and beautifully developed bouquet is dominated by cherries and plums, then vanilla and pepper appear. In the mouth it is rich, full and fleshy, with softened tannins and good structure. A wine with a charming character that is recommended for long-term aging.
Served at : 16-18 ° C.
Accompanies : dishes of high taste intensity such as game, red meat and poultry with intense sauces.
