Varietal composition: Serifiotiko, native variety of Serifos

Dry Village White Taking with light pressure only the forerunner, the indigenous variety Serifiotiko gives us a white wine with fine aromas of white flesh and citrus fruits, cool acidity, full mouth and intense aftertaste. It accompanies spicy Cycladic cheeses, fresh salads, white meats, and seafood.

The wines are grown in a vineyard with a small acreage yield in a natural way. The location is north of Serifos on a steep mountain slope opposite Kythnos and with a northern orientation.

Serving suggestions: Served at 8-10 ° C.
