Varietal composition: Agiorgitiko 70% - Syrah 30%.
Description: The semi-dry rosé vinification of Agiorgitiko and Syrah gives us a wine with a bright color and a cool taste. The remaining sugars in the fermentation balance with the acidity. It is distinguished for its delicate fruity aromas, with predominant those of strawberry and cherry.
Vineyards: from selected vineyards of the mountainous areas of Nemea. Harvest date: Mid-September for Agiorgitiko, end of September for Syrah
Winemaking: Classic rosé, with a few hours of extraction (8-12h) at low temperature. Before its complete completion, the fermentation is stopped, to produce approximately 12 gr / lit unleavened sugars.
Combined with / Enjoy it with: Fruit salads, "sweet" sweets, light creams. It is also drunk plain, as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 6-8 oC
