Varietal composition: Kidonitsa 100%.

Description: Kidonitsa is one of the rare indigenous varieties of the Peloponnese. It is grown in the Zacharia vineyards and gives us a wine that is characterized by a bright yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose is dominated by the aromas of quince, pear and bergamot, which perfectly frame the balanced mouth, with refreshing acidity and citrus notes in the aftertaste.

Vineyards: From the privately owned vineyards of the Zacharia family, in Boulougoura, in the municipality of Nemea.

Harvest date: early September.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold-extraction for 10-12 hours and fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Serving temperature: 7-9o C.

Combines with: seafood, oily, chicken, fresh salads.
