Origin: Varietal Wine.

Varietal composition: Slave 100%.

Description: Sklava is one of the very rare varieties found in Argolidokorinthia and owes much to its rescue to the efforts of agronomist Elias Zacharias. As a wine, it is distinguished for its intense aromatic palette, where white-fleshed fruits and citrus flowers dominate. The mouth has a satisfactory volume, with notes of aromatic tea in the aftertaste. Yellow color, with green highlights. Balanced mouth, with a volume that perfectly matches the acidity.

Vineyards: From the privately owned vineyards of the Zacharia family, in the place of Douramani, in the municipality of Nemea. Harvest date: Early September.

Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold-extraction for 10-12 hours and fermentation with controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks.

Serving temperature: 7-9 οC.

Combines with: Pasta with light sauces, seafood, chicken, pies.
