Characteristics : Properly structured, aromatic with very good acidity and a wide aromatic range. Vibrant purple color and aromas of red fruits that combine harmoniously with its aging in oak barrels. Soft and fatty in the mouth, with "round tannins" and a rich aromatic aftertaste.

Food pairing: Enjoy with red meats and mature cheeses. Served at 17C
