Aging: 5 months in French oak barrels

Characteristics: "Explosively" aromatic white, with finesse and balance. Brilliant color with golden yellow highlights. Full mouth that follows the nose with intense aroma and sweetness. Balanced acidity while the fatty volume gives the wine a long aftertaste, delightful, with ripe almost 'sweet' fruity characteristics. It gives a wine with great potential for flavor combinations as well as enjoyment.

Food pairing: Enjoy it with fatty fish and white meats. Served at 12º C
