Varietal composition: Chardonnay

Vineyard: Tyrnavos / Paleomylos, Soil: Sandy clay, high concentration of flint, Altitude: 150-200m, Production yield: 70 hl/ha, Climate: Rare rainfall, dry and hot summer, Age of vines: 10-15 years, Harvest: August Certified organic cultivation.

Vinification: classic white wine with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Characteristics: Clean, medium intensity lemon color, with characteristic notes of fruits such as green apple and grapefruit, white flowers, minerality and aromas of yeast and yeast. In the mouth it has penetrating acidity, lemony fruit, a good balance of acidity and oiliness due to batonnage and a medium-long, refreshing, aftertaste.
