Yeast extraction at low grape temperature. Beginning of alcoholic fermentation with selected fungi in stainless steel tanks. Aging for at least a year in French and American oak barrels.

Ruby color with ceramic highlights. A special blend that ages in French and American barrels. Aromas of red and black forest fruits such as black berries, wild cherries, plums, spices. Full body with long aftertaste and great aging ability.
