Coagulation of cold extraction and fermentation of varieties at low temperature. Short ripening on fine wine lees. Second alcoholic fermentation in self-contained tanks (methode Charmat) under controlled conditions where foaming is naturally produced.

Vivid, rose color with bright and fresh aromas of red fruits such as cherry and strawberry as well as freshly cut mushrooms. Peppers in the mouth, exuberant with spice notes. The abundant bubbles give it a cool and youthful character.
