White grape wine that follows the tradition of Zitsi wine, where Debina's "yesterday" in traditional spatial winemaking was an orange wine, due to the fermentation of must with the marcs and native fungi (ancient method of production, used thousands of years ago in the Caucasus, present-day Georgia).
The combination of traditional and modern winemaking results in a product with the fewest additions, with amber color and aromatic complexity. Nuts aromas, citrus jam, citrus, honey, spices. Gentle tannins, balanced acidity, exuberant aftertaste.
White dry wine from the Debina variety, from selected vineyards in the hilly area of Zitsa and at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. Winemaking follows the tradition of the area, where the marcs are fermented together with the must at a low temperature and only with the native fungi. The above process results in the special amber color of the wine.
