Pre-fermentation cold extraction at low temperature. The varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and short ripening on fine wine lees.

Golden yellow color with greenish highlights. Impressive aromas of citrus, apple, pear, citrus, melon and white peaches. The little unleavened sugar gives a soft and full-bodied taste. Round and fruity, with harmony of aromatic intensities and balanced acidity
