Variety composition : Debina 100%
Vineyards : Zitsa (Pouria, Dragatsoura) (height 700m.) Vineyards on slopes with small acreage yields. Pre-fermenting cold extraction at low temperature, 8 - 10. C for 24 hours. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with selected fungi. Short stay of the new wine on the fine wine lees.
Golden yellow color with greenish highlights. Delicate, fruity aromas of apple, pear and citrus on the nose as well as citrus flowers. Rich and round in the mouth, with balanced acidity and hints of white-blooded peach.
