Pre-fermenting cold extraction of grape mass in stainless steel tanks. Large extraction time of varieties at higher temperatures. The varieties are vinified separately and mature in stainless steel tanks.

Ruby color. Intense aromas of red forest fruits, wild berries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries. Velvety taste in the mouth with well-balanced tannins.
