Pre-fermentation cold extraction at low temperature. Short ripening on fine wine lees. Second alcoholic fermentation in self-contained tanks (methode charmat), under controlled conditions where foaming is naturally produced.

Bright golden yellow color. Aromas of citrus, apple, pear and whitish peach hints. Rich natural foaming, cool acidity and fruity aftertaste.
